The Referrer relates to the person that is submitting their friend or colleague’s details.
• The Referred relates to the person that is being referred by the Referrer for a role.
• The Referrer must have the permission of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. The Referrer
will indemnify Connect2Luton for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to
gain the consent of the Referred.
• There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer however each referral must
be submitted as a separate claim.
• Referral claims must be made after the qualifying period has been met (as stated below).
• We will only accept referral claims up to 4 weeks after the qualifying period.
• Claims are made by completing the form on our website.

• Referral vouchers are not payable if the referred candidate has fully registered with
Connect2Luton within the last six months.
• Vouchers to the value of £250 are only given for the following candidate referrals once
the qualifying period of 12 consecutive weeks of timesheets have been paid:
- Qualified Social Workers
- Engineers and Surveyors
- Solicitors
- Teachers
• It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact Connect2Luton once this has been completed.
• Connect2Luton cannot accept any responsibility should for any reason the vouchers
• become invalid.
• This promotion is not open to employees of Connect2Luton.
• Enhanced referral schemes may be advertised online from time to time. Outside of these
periods, the incentive will revert to this standard scheme.
• Eligibility for this offer is at Connect2Luton’s discretion and our decision is final.
• Connect2Luton reserve the right to terminate this scheme at any time
