We are seeking Best Interest Assessors (BIAs) to undertake Form 3 assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) process across the UK.

📌 About the Role:

✔️ Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
✔️ Determine if an individual's deprivation of liberty is in their best interests
✔️ Work alongside Section 12 Doctors, who will complete the Mental Health Assessment (Form 4)
✔️ Complete Form 3 as part of the DoLS authorisation process
✔️ Flexible locations available across the UK
